Pros

employees are friendly, opportunities to improve your performance through feedback from middle management.

Kontras

organization is very top-heavy. difficult to get promoted unless you're part of the "in" crowd. Little to no interaction with and support from upper management. Work can become tedious and in my position, is not challenging.
