The team has definitely improved over last year - it's literally the only thing that's keeping me sane at my job.

The CEO and CFO awarded themselves pay rises in 2017-2018 when all other employees are put on pay freezes. They submit everyone to a stupid Talent Management system where the only reward for achieving goals is to get more goals to achieve next year - or worse, a pay cut! Besides this, they've also cut many company perks eg Christmas parties and staff lunches, even though our location is doing well, we still have to "take one for the team".
