Salary is shockingly poor and promotions are very much luck based. Pressure is needlessly high a lot of the time.

A fantastic environment for growth. The data department is super productive, and as long as you give 100%, you’ll walk away with a massive amount of experience. It’s a very professional setup, but the people are friendly and the HR team is actually there for you—they go out of their way to be supportive. It’s been a great place to work in Ireland, especially because they respect your time outside of the office. Definitely recommend it for anyone starting out who wants to learn a lot without burning out.

The environment is great, the compensation side is frustrating. Despite giving 100% and being highly productive, I didn't see a salary increase for three years. Even when a promotion finally came, the raise was so small it felt more like a gesture than a reflection of my actual output. It’s hard to stay motivated long-term when you feel like your hard work and growth aren't being valued financially.
