We all are empowered to initiate fun activities – ping pong tournaments, office Olympics, white-water rafting, bowling, holiday parties, etc. We focus on heavily on team work and collaboration… and even have a team performance bonus in place. We are all utility players at times and I enjoy being able to work on projects, teams and events that I would typically not be afforded in most organizations.
