The company is very fluid in terms of everyone is treated equally, The people here value personal time and everyone is supportive. The benefits are not the best but they have been improving over the past few years. Lots of room for growth and they are heading in the right direction

As with any other consulting company, work availability depends on clients. If you roll off a gig they try to place you with another, but its all up to their clients. So the stability for consultants is not the best

Okay hourly rate, good clients

no annual raises, skimpy bonuses that you have to wait six months into next year to get and if you leave before that they pocket your money, clear bias for WA workers and neglect for others
