Small, close, and caring team. Company culture is great. Fantastic benefits all around. Good client relationships. Ability to work on challenging problems and learn from the rest of the engineering team. Real pleasure to be apart of Copious.

The office is pretty small. Small team (putting this in the cons as well as there is not a ton of room for growth, still a great team).

Change within an organization always impacts individuals, whether it's negative or positive. Recently Copious has undergone some drastic changes, changes that were made to benefit the health of the company, both from a financial standpoint and a healthy environment. These changes were the right ones. Copious is now healthier, happier and much more satisfying. Continued learning and evolving has directly impacted the success that Copious is having. Although busy and at times hectic, the morale and ultimate feel is of a happy, motivating, and successful one. Goals are being met, new goals are being established and the path is only on the uprise. Copious has a great culture with a great mix of work hard/play hard. It's a culture where it allows its employees to be impactful and influential, striving for the growth of not only the company, but for each employee to grow and learn.

On the flip side, when there is change, there is difficult times ahead. No matter the change, there are always individuals who will be impacted negatively. There is a steep learning curve on adjusting to the changes, which can be daunting at times when it is compiled with projects. With that said, an open mind and flexibility will overcome this.
