Employees are just a number. Leadership preaches company values like "doing the right thing" but makes decisions that demonstrate the opposite. Return to Office 5 days a week mandate announced at the end of March with the reasoning of "company culture" and "individual well-being" despite the negative impact it will have on those affected, mentally and financially. Communication is atrocious and leadership is so beyond out of touch. Underperformers and toxic/bullying leaders are tolerated while strong performers end up leaving the company.
