No room for advancement or career development. Compensation and benefit level have been worsen in recent years and now significantly below average in Bay Area, and thus gradually losing the best talents. Also, it is noticeable that so many reviews here shared the same title of "Good Place To Work," because the company spent more effort on pushing employees to participate the survey than investigating their own employees,
