Pros
Everyone worked as a team and never left one another behind. I saw improvement on the management side slowly as I got to my two year mark. There was only so much they could do. The people there made my experience much greater. My coworkers were great. There was no more growth for me and out grew my role.
Kontras
The work load is double the amount a person can handle in 8 hours of work, i’d go days on end not taking a break because there was 8+ hours of work to do. they don’t go based on your degree or experience as far as salary. The director only speaks to you if you do something wrong. It is toxic and doesn’t acknowledge your hard work. Everyone walks on egg shells which made my experience less tolarable . I got burnt out and couldn’t handle it anymore.
