      -Get to work with some awesome clientele -good benefits package with 401k matching

      -management does not give direction and has no idea of mistreatment of employees within the organization -does not pay employees great -unfair working environment by upper management -work hours are crazy.. based on patient needs -is a "boys club" working environment
