Total chaos. Constant reorganization, role shifting, changing direction, switching partners and very little communication from leadership on why and how to move forward. Long hours. High stress. Constant problem solving. Hard work is not rewarded. Heavy preference to men and anyone in Berner or Parker’s inner circle regardless of qualification or quality of performance. Total boys club, majority of women at company are not respected and do not receive same treatment or perks as male counterparts. Super negative environment.
