There are chefs, sales representatives. veterans, writers, etc., and 80% of fail because it's too hard for someone who doesn't know programming at all to learn how to code after 8 weeks of training. 2. The starting salary is about 30K. You get 15% raise every 6 months ONLY IF you're not on bench.
