Pros
Great if you're in school for a part-time job...OR if you hustle and move up, you cant actaully make a lot of money without needing a 4 year degree. One of my friends dropped out of college and it a manager dow in NC, making at least $75-85,000. Privately owned. Great food!!! I actually did not gain weight working there because I would volunteer to clean the lobby and take out the giant bags of trash!! I say that because I had to eat there. My dinner breaks were only 30 minutes, there was not time to go elsewhere. Bottom line: if you need a part-time job for a little extra cash, great! If you're looking for a full-time career, you can do it, but you';; have to hustle your way up AND be prepared to work long hours that exhaust you.
Kontras
They play christian music from XM radio 24/7. There is nothing wrong with christian music, but it becomes annoying after a while. Also, when you start out you are literally making minimum wage. EVen if you work the "graveyard shift" (most cook-outs are open until at least 3 a.m. on weekends) you do not get paid more. ALSO, I worked on July 4th, NO HOLIDAY PAY!! That's not very "christian" in my opinion. Also, on that night we were short staffed, the power was out in a nearby town so we were packed, AND the manager that night did not allow any of us to have dinner...yet when I looked in the back I found him chowing down on a burger!! However, not long after he was fired. Oh and that friend I mentioned in the "Pros" section?? Yes he is making A LOT of money for a 24 year old. but the last time I saw him, (a few months ago) he looked the worst he has ever looked in his life. He has lost weight, bags under his eyes, looks straight up exhausted.
