      Pros

      - lots of room to grow and take ownership of processes/functions and or products. - your work and input is recognised and appreciated. - good work-life balance, - exceptional CTO.

      Kontras

      - compensation not great at first, but it has been improved since. - product and sales strategy has been frustratingly complex and convoluted at times, which didn't help deliver results.

      Pros

      The teams know/knew what they are doing (or knew I haven't worked there since 2022). Company seemed nice, never went there though to visit, it was during covid.

      Kontras

      They literally paid me nothing to do development work. I was a junior frontend developer/freelancer during the pandemic in a place I couldn't leave and worked remote for them as a freelancer, FOR 5 EURO AN HOUR, that is mixed, taxed, gross not net, so 3 euros an hour NET, I am pretty sure there wasn't a less paid dev IN THE WORLD at the point, more or less IN THE EU... Rubbed me the wrong way, tried to negotiate to give me more, and they tried to GIVE ME LESS...
