This has resulted in high levels of staff turnover, a breakdown in employee trust and losing young and motivated talent. - Nepotism is rife and favourable promotions are made with little validation or explanation if you are either related to the CEO or in the ‘inner clique.’ - A spineless HR team that offers little support or guidance when employee issues, such as workplace misconduct, are brought forwards.
