      You work from the comfort of your home taking customer service calls. You also can get benefits and bonuses every month for your sales. You can get direct deposit or deposit directly onto a bank card that Convergys supply u with.

      You must be flexible to constant change like most call center environments even though you work from home.

      was able to work remotely is a plus - training is good, if you have inquiries- recruitment department was able to address concern in a timely manner-

      the account that was assigned to is sales - so monthly quota is stressful. Our account was unfortunately let go and the position is no longer available to they need to let go of us
