The cons list is a lot : 1.Convera claims to be a The world's fx payments leader and a global leader in commercial payments. But Unfortunately The world's fx payments leader and a global leader in commercial payments does not have a Wikipedia page .But again nothing strange about the growth of this company Go to Wikipedia some other convera exisit !!!! 2. Since i joined in 2023 .The old employees and leaders in Pune office think they are the founders of this company .But after checking we came to know that Western Union sold this unprofitable business and pathetic employees to Goldfinch Partners LLC and The Baupost Group which got re branded to Convera 3. Leaders In Pune are pathetic and lack a vision for the future 4.The biggest Billion Dollar question of this Decade is what did The Goldfinch Partners LLC and The Baupost Group see in this B2B Business and assumed that it will be profitable business ? 5.The working culture and co workers is very toxic and delivering a project here feels like more like a punishment then satisfaction !!!
