Low increment rate. on top of it, they give false hopes and commitments about monetary raise and make a fool of the employees and once the employee no longer serves their interest, directors would start pointing out negatives and would behave as if the employee has been performing poorly and would kick them out without any notice/intimation. And this could affect honest, sincere employees very deeply. 5. Directors keep a close eye on employees all the time and they hate it when employees are friendly to one another or there's a unity among them. 6. After working with the management and knowing them, one would start scratching their head wondering how these organizations are still running and existing. This comes from a very frustrated former employee who was deeply affected by all of the aforementioned points. I have seen this happening to many other employees, too. No wonder why the attrition rate is always high there.
