1. No job security. Dishonest, Immoral and unethical directors/management. Toxic atmosphere. 2. Foul language and slang words are used on daily basis by one of the directors themself! 3. Shouting and yelling at employees, talking to them disrespectfully, getting angry and talking without even giving anything a second thought. Behaving like they own their employees by paying them peanut size salary. And yes, they also BLOCK their employees' SALARY as per their wish regardless of the tenure at the orgnization and also just on the basis of their baseless doubts about the employees. These are some of the many toxic traits being practised by the management every day. 4. Low increment rate. on top of it, they give false hopes and commitments about monetary raise and make a fool of the employees and once the employee no longer serves their interest, directors would start pointing out negatives and would behave as if the employee has been performing poorly and would kick them out without any notice/intimation. And this could affect honest, sincere employees very deeply. 5. Directors keep a close eye on employees all the time and they hate it when employees are friendly to one another or there's a unity among them. 6. After working with the management and knowing them, one would start scratching their head wondering how these organizations are still running and existing. This comes from a very frustrated former employee who was deeply affected by all of the aforementioned points. I have seen this happening to many other employees, too. No wonder why the attrition rate is always high there.
