ControlUp has a strong product and some talented people working behind the scenes, but there are definite areas for improvement on the culture and leadership front. Undefined Vision and Strategy: There’s a noticeable lack of a cohesive long-term strategy, making it difficult for employees to understand the bigger picture or how their work contributes to company goals. Constantly Shifting Priorities: Priorities change frequently without clear communication, creating a sense of instability and making it challenging for teams to stay focused and aligned.
