1. Lot of new work and projects 2. Exposure to international clients

Kontras

Change is required in operational leaders, since legacy thinking and bias creep in time to time in the same people. This makes it difficult to attract and retain talented staff and everything cant be blamed on the great resignation. Hire local senior management overseas instead of sending from Mumbai to save time and cost to company, to build a brand faster and get more value.

Pros

I'm a security consultant in their US business so I get to travel and work closely with clients Senior management are generally supportive of the US although my colleagues may beg to differ

The quality is lacking as most of our back office work and development is done by a team in India who are paid a fraction of what US staff are paid They're trying to be a one-stop-shop across multiple disciplines and this is diluting our capabilities. Basically we're an Indian company but we want to look like a US company and its not coming through in the output of our work or service and product offerings.
