This is why HR are constantly changing. - many get paid late and have to chase up payroll - offer projects to newcomers and leave experienced guys on current projects to rot and then when questioned HR lie about allocating positions to said employee’s. - if the face doesn’t fit you won’t get anywhere, they don’t like to be challenged on anything and if you do then your not going to go far, even if what your challenging goes against Control risks, values,standards and governance. - they forget the guys speak to eachother from different projects and locations within Iraq and Control risks as a whole. This is why the turnaround is so quick for positions due to good guys leaving as they can’t deal with poor values and standards of the chain of command. This is especially pertinent for BGC.
