There are parts of the business under exceptional leadership. Some parts needs serious strategic thinking applied to avoid self sabotage.

The pay is average and company needs to boost revenue to pay people more. As with any partnership there can be some who prioritise personal ambition over actually growing the business across service lines. Building little kingdoms doesn’t boost pay or bonuses.
