Either management is unable to see that certain people are incompetent or they know it but still don't do anything about it. Management does not have a clear direction in mind for the company. Teams are spread out thin trying to run in every direction management points. Poor cross-departmental communication which results in poor teamwork/coordination. Sales team is amateurish and does not inspire confidence.
