Hi there - really sorry to hear you feel this way. We made some very tough decisions recently about the future direction for the business which resulted in us strategically focussing on our software product and the growth we are seeing here going forward, which resulted in a number of people changes, which are always hard decisions to make. We wish you all the best in your future roles and thank you for the feedback.
Senior management has no idea what is actually going on with the business or their staff members. They struggle to know what direction to take when it comes to staff and steps that will help benefit the business.
Decisions are made last minute and senior management will undermine those actually involved and have the knowledge, which causes multiple problems within the agency side of the business.
The agency side is no longer operational as there was no progression, no opportunities for people to develop, there was no foundation, organisation or anyone in the senior ranks that know what they are doing when it comes to social media. Lost multiple clients because of the lack of knowledge and ego of the management team.
Regularly sack people who actually do the work and have the knowledge.
There is no HR what so ever.
No line-managers.
Massive turn over of employees within a year.

The working environment at ContentCal is extremely driven and goal orientated. Speak to anyone in the business and you can immediately tell they absolutely love what they do. There has been an influx of new employees over the last year (including myself) and I feel that everyone is made welcome immediately. The fact that you can have a zoom Christmas party with colleagues you've never met in real life and still have one of the best work do's says a lot! The product itself is also fantastic and with so much potential on the horizon, every working day is exciting at ContentCal!

ContentCal, at this stage, wouldn't suit someone who's used to working in a large corporation with hundreds of colleagues that cover all the different task requirements in the business. ContentCal is still on the small scale; there's a lot of work to get done and a lot of hustle from every department/team member. You are not just a number and your impact is very visible - to me, this is a pro but to others, this could very well be a turnoff.
