Pros

Easy to move up. Easy job when you start, and not horrendous KPI’s. Management isn’t horrible.

Kontras

Zero loyalty to workers, intense focus on KPIs that ultimately don’t impact employee productivity, constant turnover because no one in their right mind wants to stay, management is often inexperienced yes-men.
