Positive learning environment, and they never say no to new ideas you may want to tamper with. Always find time to teach their employees new tips and tricks as well as going the extra mile to make sure each employee understands what they're doing rather than rote memorization. Their CTO will gladly stay late to make sure each employee understands their tasks and answer any and all questions thoroughly. Their office staff is warm, welcoming, and like a family. Mike, the President, has an open-door policy where he is easily approachable and answers customers questions, concerns, as well as any employee questions and concerns. This job offers more than the concept of "you get what you put into it" since the senior techs and CTO is always willing to teach, and they truly abide by the concept of "no such thing as a stupid question" providing a welcoming, non-judgmental atmosphere which provides each tech the ability to grow, develop, and harness their skills proficiently. Furthermore, there is no limit to what you can learn and you are not "stuck" in a specific topic ie: Windows only or Cisco only. They provide the ability to learn through labs and discussion any and all branches of Information Technologies such as: operating systems, firewalls, VoIP, etc.

This is less of a con and more of a personality, but if you are the type of worker who wishes to just sit behind a desk and be complacent or stagnant without a desire to learn, than this is not the place for you.
