The health plan isn' the best.

Constratus has displayed to me that it is a small company that truly cares about its employees, management consultants and contractors. For example, during my first year of employment, I have seen that my colleagues have been and are able to work from home when needed. The flexible work environment availability for its employees is a huge factor in promoting a healthy work environment. When coworkers have needed to take care of personal issues, the company has on numerous occasions assisted the coworkers with great support. It has a positive work office environment, very well structured and an open door policy with the owner at all times. It makes it easy to come to work with such talented people. The base salary is very good and competitive with today's economy. Upper management has made it a point to keep the employees updated with the direction, vision and upcoming changes the company is heading toward in the future. It is pleasure to come into a work environment on a daily basis, knowing that you are encouraged and motivated to do your best work and ultimately recognized by your peers and management for your efforts.

Due to Constratus being a small company, it is slightly challenged in being able to offer competitive healthcare options that a large company is able to provide.
