No formal training, you are given a day of explanation on how the system works and then that’s it good luck! Thankfully I had been in call centers most of my adult life I had to figure it out. Management is also a total joke. Talks about other agents behind their backs. I’ve never in my life had a manager ask me if someone is working up to par and should they be employed here?!?
