Pros

Nice people? I don’t have a lot to say, maybe the pay?

No formal training, you are given a day of explanation on how the system works and then that’s it good luck! Thankfully I had been in call centers most of my adult life I had to figure it out. Management is also a total joke. Talks about other agents behind their backs. I’ve never in my life had a manager ask me if someone is working up to par and should they be employed here?!?

Pros

Positive recent changes. Remote work. Expanding footprint. Excellent cash flow. Friendly professional colleagues

Kontras

Legacy systems make some dev overly complicated. Newer products much better. Very strong sales team.

Pros

Unfortunately not one outside of good teammates but that excludes manager

Kontras

Where shall I start? Zero direction, zero strategy, zero resources, zero collaboration with other departments, zero respect for time when it comes to manager scheduling meetings (always late and running over meetings), zero professionalism from manager (if calls were recorded, HR would definitely intervene)
