      I guess it is a paycheck, but not much more.

      Toxic work environment. Too many managers that don't do a whole lot. And yes, don't be fooled, your managers and co-workers will throw you under the bus to benefit themselves.

      Work Culture is great. No micro management.

      No significant drawbacks come to mind; I found it challenging to socialize or communicate with my colleagues due to the cabin-like environment.
