Now they are ready to giving proper time for team party or spend on employee benefit whereas previously it was difficult to even plan for a party. Favoritism was at its peak under the previous management. Now performance and dedication is the key to success. New ideas are appreciated and time given for poc or building of creative ideas and design. The US/UK counterparts are very approachable and friendly. The business owners respond quickly and are ready to explain the business perspective anytime. The things have changed for good here.
