Pros
Autonomy to get your work done. High levels of trust. Management team that is engaged and actively looks for ways to help you be successful. I have personally witnessed situations where employees were struggling with a task and the response of senior leadership was to always question how they could be leading and enabling the employee better. Blame is never assigned to anyone. The work is challenging, which can be a double-edge sword, but if you put in the effort you'll grow. Plenty of opportunities for advancement and promotion, and absolutely no bureaucracy or red tape in the hierarchy of the company. Everyone is approachable and genuinely great to work with. Also - once you've cleared your initial probationary period as a new employee, you're eligible for unlimited Flex Time Off. It's amazing to never have to miss another kid's soccer game, dance class or just take a leisurely afternoon to have lunch with an old friend. The work-life balance is the best I've ever seen and my background includes time at a number of Fortune 100 companies.
Kontras
The health insurance benefits, specifically, are not amazing. They're pretty much on-par with other organizations under 100 employees. The rest of the benefit package is amazing, though. (One final note - Glassdoor asks you to raise the CEO, who is listed as David Martinelli. He has not been the Connex CEO for several quarters)
