Tons of room for growth. I started as a manager of a small location, retail takes hard work to have consistent success but that hard work never went unnoticed. Which made it worth it. Eventually i was promoted to District Manager. Ive had the opportunity to work with alot of great people over the last 4 years. Both as an member of a team and leading a team, and i can say connectivity source takes the time to provide both the training and support that any employee needs to achieve their goals.
