As mentioned in other reviews, the CEO is an absolute nightmare. He does not know how to run a company and does everything he can to stifle innovation / leadership, including:
- Shooting down employee ideas without giving reasons why
- Providing vague answers to critical business questions
- Providing arbitrary revenue / growth targets, then cutting bonuses when they aren't made (while admitting he made a huge mistake, even though he got to keep his full bonus).
Every acquisition and idea is a major misstep because he does not talk to his employees about how it fits within what the company is trying to do today. He is slowly tearing apart what his predecessors built.
