Pros
To start, This is not a paid review and I am in no way incentivized to write this. As I Close out my first month I am BEYOND Impressed. I have never had the Training, Work Life Freedom, Autonomy or Workplace satisfaction anywhere besides Connection. I've worked for many companies and Connection gives you all of the training and supports you with Management that actually cares and is qualified to help you. So happy I made the decision to come here over other options that I had available to me and I think I've found a place to stay a long time if not the rest of my career.
Kontras
It's a slow start/grind which isn't for everyone. If you're the type of person that can thrive in this environment than you will be very successful. No cons that I can think of.
