The work life balance is really good. Even before Covid- depending on your manager and team, most managers allowed some remote days. The environment can also be really fun and the people are good to work with.
Kontras
3+ years there and not a single yearly merit raise. Even when showing you hit numbers, contribute to the team, drive revenue, they find excuses about how they don’t have “funding”. Even when “promoted”, they found a way to make sure it wasn’t a real raise. It’s unfortunate that they don’t pay their employees better because it was a good place to work.
