In some instances, Connection utilizes subject matter experts (SMEs) as a component of the interview and selection process. In addition to assessing an applicant’s aptitude for the task at hand, SMEs possess intrinsic knowledge about the job responsibilities and can accurately relay those responsibilities along with the expectations of the role.
With over a decade of service to Connection at the TIDC, you are eligible for five weeks of vacation annually.
