Best US Staffing company - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei ConnectTel: Mitarbeiterbewertung

So far my experience at ConnectTel has been wonderful, working and picking excellent clients to work for during my 3-6 month contract. They have always been helpful in figuring out a way to get my job done, my handler has always communicated with me and made sure I have all the tools to be successful.

There aren’t any Cons working for this company.

Interesting projects involving a variety of technologies. Informal work environment. Flexible hours. Good location.

Office administration sent out emails to the whole company every few days implying that the new hires (all 2 of us) were being messy in the restroom, which was humiliating. (We eventually stopped using the restroom, but the emails continued.) The small area that developers worked in was used as a place to toss empty boxes. There were also dead roaches along the edges of the floor. They assigned me a cube a few times, and usually within a day or two I would return to the office and find my stuff stacked on the floor with someone else occupying my desk. A member of upper management would sometimes sneak around, peeking into our cubes, to make sure we were actually working. The tone in meetings and other communication was sometimes hostile. I was shouted at more than once. High turnover.
