Structure among groups of friends affected work performance and ability to properly be professional. Pay ranges among the same position greatly. Scheduling was uneven. The amount of travel required for the job vs the amount of time given back was not even (ex: travel for 3 days for a conference, you get 1 day of free PTO if the work was only required for 2 half-days across 3 days).
