Leadership is in complete denial and don't really care about people working. They've had 4 CCOs in 5 years, which speaks about what happens there. There are no chances to grow and they treat employees really bad. DO NOT WORK THERE. Just see how many bad reviews this place has. There's even a Wall of the Fallen where they pin all the names of those who quit or get fired and the list keeps getting longer and bigger. I hope they don't take it down after they desperately read all these reviews thinking one person wrote all of them out of spite and not the large number of unhappy former employees. The only happy people are those untalented and naive enough to not know any better or those who've only worked at Conill their entire careers because they don't know how to grow in this industry.
