The people working there were great and it was fun in the office.

There is a list of criteria for getting a raise regardless of how many items you make if you get more than the teams average of reworks. i.e. Work on 40% (300) of things being built but get 3 reworks no raise or elevation of position. Also trained my replacement without knowing I was going to be let go.
