Eve and Jen are accessible. Supervision is always available. There was no judgement when I was asking questions and learning new techniques. If you know the field of ABA, there is no prototype for a clinic set up, the entire culture of the work environment falls on the shoulders of supervisors and upper management. Jen and Eve have created a wonderful and fun place to work. The clients are happy and most of the time so are the staff. Of course everyone has small gripes here and there, (Like that I had to wear Khaki pants! sigh!) I don't work here anymore but I wish I did. I left because I had to move but I would've stayed YEARS if I was still living in MA. Im writing this review because I think its terrible that such hard work can be destroyed by a disgruntled, self entitled, individual that probably hasn't worked many places and has NO idea how great Confidence Connection really is. Eve provides the staff with lots of training, field education and independence so if your clients are unhappy, check yourself first. Its probably what you are providing.
