Truth be told, this was the most disappointing professional experience ever. I began to work on projects that had been there for a long time before I arrived, so clients already had a vague feeling of being fooled by the company, which is not nice when you start in a new position. The tool I worked with to allow data exchange was more or less working, but it was hard to use, rather complex to understand, and for what I observed, it had some errors with some specific data. Also, there was no proper documentation or guidelines for the job I was supposed to perform, which is a problem when a company has zero intention of training its new hires, which was the case. They are always overwhelmed with their amount of work, but when it comes to newbies, it looks like they don't want to take the time to onboard them the right way. Anyway, I was frankly relieved to be sacked after exactly 2 months. I can say I wasted my time, energy, and analytical skills for nothing on a poorly developed tool. Lastly, I didn't see a dime of my last pay and indemnization after returning the laptop. You are now properly warned if you ever consider taking a job there.
