Targets are unachievable with the current business models. Preferential treatment is given to friend of management, other staff are not supported and are often let go with no notice. Most notably ringing you the morning of your shift and revoking your access to the building. They have constant training for new hires yet none of these make it past the 6 month mark where they could become contracted employees.
