Everything else. Micromanagement never provides totally accurate information. Bathroom breaks are timed You will have to BID to get a schedule change paid time off after 3 years of hard labor TL sits behind their computer and play on their phone hold conversations laughing and having fun while we wait in the chat for assistance. Your hold time better not go over 2 MIns. so many little things to do while on a call and all of its timed. The computer system will cause you to clock in late and u will be penalized for it. People can skip work for weeks and get into no trouble, while others will go over on lunch 5 mins and get an instant write-up.

Paid on time, provided equipment, decent benefits from day one, nice co-workers

Sweatshop mentality of the supervisors, threats of demotion/termination for medical leave, random layoffs when calls didn't justify hours, with those same hours shifted to supervisors to keep them active. Unable to print paystubs, had to request everything through a supervisor, and provide copious amounts of private information to have the request honored. Corrosive environment - I left as soon as I got another offer, gave 24 hours notice (and I've never, ever done that before). Unless you're on the verge of homelessness or starvation, avoid at all costs.
