Low pay increase for promotions Lack of camaraderie Not enough pay for the amount of work, they would rather pay more people less to do less than to pay less people more to do great. No true wellness benefits. Took away recognition points for high achievers. Focus on KPIs over actually solving problems. Like a plant with root rot but they are just trimming leaves.
