Pros
I really liked my coworkers. It was hard to leave. Management was flexible with work schedule for appts etc. Management also recognized hard work and talent and promoted from within. The pay is mediocre, fair to say the least but not great. The benefits are good but I wish they had family leave but understandable that they don't due to being a small company. They are invested in growth.

The workflow structure and organization was a nightmare. A lot of documentation was controversial or conflicting due to lack of investment/attention into appropriate software. There were always meetings about how appropriately perform a task or process and rarely follow-up or initiation from the meeting. There is no accountability for glaring issues. Dirty facilities. The break room bathroom was nasty and outdated. Dust coated everything
