There are several issues on-going with Condeco - 1. The enterprise product is pretty defective 2. There is no sense of direction 3. People keep jumping around Scrum 4. New product around workspace management is going for a toss 5. No clear direction 6. QA management is completely pathetic 7. CTO takes rash decisions most likely keeping the CEO out of the loop 8. Human resources are completely useless in the organization 9. Too much favoritism while assigning work and skillset is just not considered. 10. People are asked to leave within days/weeks of joining - spoiling the careers 11. Undeserving support managers causing chaos as they are unable to manage.. The list simply goes on and on...
