Pros
Steady job and mostly clueless top management allows engineers and mid-level staff survive without a struggle. The CTO is a lifer (been there 30 years) and retiring in a few more - so everyone knows not to expect anything from him. The Sales guys are just barely hanging on and so it's a good place to chill.
