The sky is the limit on learning and growth. Over the last few years, every time I have asked for additional training, I have received it with tremendous support from my coworkers and leadership.
The company is overall very flexible with accommodating employee's needs. We currently WFH three days per week due to ongoing COVID concerns. Leadership always works employees to accommodate health or personal issues with regards to working in-person or needing time off.
I have truly been able to build a career here rather than just work a job.

Staffing challenges exist throughout the industry. Concertium is unfortunately not excused from this. There are great leaders and a lot of truly talented people in every department. Growth takes time and I'm sure the staffing challenges will work out in time.
