Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback and I'm sorry to hear your experience with Tigerspike has not been a positive one. I understand there have been a number of changes to the leadership within Tigerspike over the last year, with Singapore in particular being affected, so I can appreciate it may have felt a little unsettling through this.
On a positive note, we are now settling down again and getting back into our rhythm. I am new to the business myself and have found a wealth of experience within the existing team. We are also still complementing the existing team with external hires, including a new and very experienced General Manager for Singapore who will be starting in the next couple of weeks. Together with rest of the senior team in Singapore, I'm really confident and excited about what we will see coming out of the region in the coming months.
With regard to your comment on clients and people, this is an area where we may have differing opinions. I believe we have incredibly talented people within the business and everything I have seen so far suggests we are very selective in who we will hire in order to maintain that quality. I also think we have a huge range of clients from a variety of different sectors and I continue to be impressed by the stories I hear about how we've truly improved people's lives through technology. It may not have been the right fit for you, but I'm confident others will get the challenge and fulfilment they are looking for.
